Energy Resourcing operates a candidate referral scheme.

If you are able to recommend a candidate that we are not already aware of for a specific job vacancy, and we then successfully place that candidate, then you will be paid a referral fee. This fee is calculated on the following basis:

To qualify for a referral fee, your recommendation must consist of the candidate's name, their contact details, the vacancy you are suggesting them for and as much information as you can provide about their relevance for the position.
