The Energy Resourcing team has over 50 years collective experience of the industry under their belts. Energy Resourcing Limited was incorporated in 2007 to bring the founders' unique skill-set to the market and since then it has grown rapidly as word about its ability to deliver has spread.

In November 2009, after three office moves in quick succession, the company moved into new purpose-built offices in Bury St Edmunds, a facility designed for future growth.

From its inception, Energy Resourcing Limited has offered clients very competitive rates and its candidates above-average earnings. It also operates a complete 'open book' policy - clients are free to audit the company at any time. The intention is to demonstrate at all levels the company's total commitment to delivery and honesty; to providing unrivalled service with complete integrity.

Founding Director Greg Blower has over 20 years personal experience in technical recruitment. As MD and Group Chairman, he has been fundamental in driving the business forward to establish it as the international group it now is. Prior to his career in recruitment, he served in the British Royal Navy, seeing active service several times and representing the service in many sporting events.

Co-founder Walter Jackson, the group's Business Development Manager, comes to Energy Resourcing after several years as a senior consultant at a leading engineering recruitment firm. He holds a a BA Theology degree with honours in Psychology, a CIPD degree in Human Resource Management and an MBA in Executive Management from the Ashcroft Business School in Cambridge.

Recruitment Director David Jansons left his own successful recruitment company in 2009 to join the Energy Resourcing team and, since joining, his sector of the company has quadrupled in size. His own company was in itself a Recruitment Employment Confederation award winner in 2007 and this experience saw his initial introduction to the Renewable Energy sector. Prior to training and working in recruitment, David was a career soldier with the Royal Engineers, where his duties included fleet management, logistics and bomb disposal.

Energy Resourcing has achieved ISO 9001:2008. The certification was awarded by IMS International following a two stage audit of our Quality Management System. This followed a four month period during which we completely reviewed, streamlined and improved our operational processes. Our clients can be confident that Energy Resourcing is dedicated to maintaining the highest efficiency and responsiveness in achieving our ultimate goal - guaranteed client satisfaction.
